Reporting Copyright Infringement

At JAVRabbits, we are committed to protecting intellectual property rights and responding to copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other relevant laws. If notified of an infringement, we may take action by removing or blocking access to the content in question, restricting access to https://javrabbits.com (referred to as “JAVRabbits”), or implementing other necessary measures.

If you believe that any content on JAVRabbits violates your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice. Only the copyright owner or their authorized representative may file such a notice.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, you may file a DMCA notification. This is a legal process, so false claims may result in account suspension or further legal consequences.

You can use our DMCA Notice form, or you may submit a free-form written notice that includes the following:

  1. Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Clearly identify the copyrighted material or provide a list if there are multiple works.
  2. Identification of Infringing Content: Specify the exact URLs of the allegedly infringing content on JAVRabbits to help us locate and review it promptly.
  3. Contact Information: Include your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is unauthorized.
  5. Accuracy and Authorization Statement: Confirm that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Signature: Sign your notification by typing your full legal name as your signature.

Our Copyright Agent for receiving DMCA notices is:

Please do not send unrelated inquiries to this agent.

Counter-Notification Process

If you have received a DMCA Notice and believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Counter-notifications must be submitted by the original uploader or their authorized representative.

Your counter-notification should include:

  1. Contact Information: Your name, address, and phone number.
  2. Identification of Content: Details of the removed content, including its location on JAVRabbits prior to removal.
  3. Good Faith Statement: A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed mistakenly.
  4. Consent to Jurisdiction: Confirmation of your consent to the jurisdiction of U.S. Federal Courts in your district (or a district where JAVRabbits operates if you are outside the U.S.), agreeing to accept service of process from the original claimant.

Upon receiving your counter-notification, we’ll notify the original claimant, and the content may be reinstated within 10-14 business days unless the claimant files further legal action.

Repeat Infringers

In line with the DMCA and other laws, JAVRabbits may terminate accounts or limit access for users found to be repeat infringers of copyright protections.

Content Identification and Blocking

To prevent infringement, we use digital fingerprinting technology to identify and block potentially infringing content. Contact us to explore options for adding your content to our fingerprint database.
